S' /d'- yx <br />r- <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />ORANGE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION <br />DRIVER AGREEMENT <br />TNS Agreement is mtered imo rhis first day of IWy 1998 by and buween the Cowry of <br />Orange ov behalf of Ne Depanmem av Agmg's Orange Public Trartsportatrov service. <br />heremaRe refrred to as "Orange Cowt)+' and Omega Enterprises, Ina, haminadu <br />referred m as •'OE" <br />The purpose of this Agreement is to outWe the conditions wrier which Orange County <br />and OE will coopemavely provide hurmn services travsporratiov though Ne Orange <br />Public Trwsportatiov service. <br />OF ORANGE COUNTY <br />7o provide s certified driver for the noMun and souNem Orange routes Monday <br />Wuough Friday for daily pick-up avtl take-home of clients between the hours of 6:00- <br />8:00 am wd 3 00.5:00 pm. <br />To provide back-up drivers in case the assigned driver is not available. <br />To employ a Transportation Supevisor to handle any problems and to assure that <br />drivers are available. <br />To comply wiN all apphrable federal regulations governing workplace wd-drug and <br />alwhol programs iv the transit industry.
