Ordinance by the number of arwuls kept on band and by the purposes of <br />the kennels. Ordinance provisions are as follows: <br />A Class I Keroad is an establishment which maintains more dun five but <br />fewer Ban twenty animals of any species, except livestock, for the <br />purpose of showing, competition, hunting, or sport Class I Kennels are <br />permiked in the AS zoning district by right. <br />A Class O Kemal is an establishmem involving sel is of any species, <br />except livestock, which is engaged in any of the fohowing: <br />a. Owning or keeping, for any, purpose, 20 or more animals; <br />b. Selling and/or training guard or security dogs; and <br />a Keeping more than five animals at any given time for the <br />foul of breeding. <br />Class II Kennels are pefmitted only after amining a Class B Special Use <br />Permit from doe Board of Adjuslbnem. <br />Planning Board ReconaneMation <br />The Planning Board considered the proposed terming of 10.0 acres from <br />AR to AS at its meeting of July 15, 1%8, and approved the rezoning per <br />the attacked findings.
