The request is to remre a 2.03 -acre portion (Lots IM -120 of <br />Holly Hill Acres, planed in 1968) of a 63-acre pafcel owned by Wesley <br />and Sharon Kay McAdams located at 4015 Holly Hill Road (Tax Map <br />No. 6. IA. IA) from AR Agricultural- Residential to AS Agricultural <br />Service. <br />The site u located in the Cave Creek Watershed, near the northwestern <br />boundary. The proposal mints the 2 -acre minimum lot size for a non- <br />residential use in the watershed. A 12- percent Had on impervious <br />surface also applies. <br />
