NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OFORANGE LEASE AGREEMENT RENEWAL <br />WHEREAS a lease agreement was made and entered into as of the seventh day of October, <br />1991, thy and between the County of Orange. (County) and Hillsborough Savings Bank <br />(Landlord) for space to be used as offices for County at 118 North Churton Street, Hillsborough, <br />North Caroline; <br />WHEREAS , the County and the Landlord mutually agree to the following: <br />1. The lease renewal will be continued for a period of three years commencing on <br />July 1, 1998 and ending at 12:00 midnight on June 30, 2001, <br />2. Effective July 1, 1998, the COUNTY agrees to pay to the LANDLORD at the office of <br />the IANDLORD or at such other place designated by the LANDLORD, guaranteed <br />rental amount as follows: <br />July 1, 1998 -June 30, 1999: SSW per month ($7,21Y) per annum) <br />July 1 .1999 -June 30,2000: 1615 per month (Si per annum) <br />July 1, 2000 - June 30, 2001 $830 per month ($],580 per annum) <br />3.
