Churtpn Street, Hillsborough through June 30, 2001, <br />BACKGROUND: The County has leased the Graham Building from Hillsborough Savings Bank <br />since 1991. <br />Approximately 785 square feet of space is assigned to the Veteran's Office , the Literary <br />Council and the JTPA program. <br />The terms of renewal include a 2 5% Increase annually for the three -year renewal term. All <br />other terms and donations remain the same. <br />Funding is available in the Rents and Insurance amount <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board approve the three -year <br />renewal of the Graham Building lease as presented and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf <br />of the Board. <br />
