3 <br />for a Special Use Permitfoodfcarion subject to thefollowing original approved <br />conditions, <br />1. All vegetation vvalon the 100 foot buffer shall remain undisturbed. A waiver <br />of the 100 foot butler shall be provided along she property line next to the <br />eximing landfill. <br />2. Yard Waste, mulch and recyclables shall be kept in the designated area as <br />indicated on the site plan. Land within this designated area not in use shall be <br />seeded, repaired and maintained. <br />3. The maximwn amount of recyclables stored on the site at any one time shall <br />include the following: 12 tons ofwhite appliances, 500 fires and 6 roll -offs <br />for storage of scrap metal. <br />6. If any condition of this Special Use Permit shall he held invalid or void, then <br />this Special Use Permit shall be void in its entirety and of no effort. <br />No decision on the application is made by either the Planning Board or the Board <br />of Commissioners at the public heating. Instead, the Planning Board has 60 days <br />within which to prepare and submit a recommendation to the Board of <br />Conmtiuionew.
