The enhance from NC 54 is approximately 600 feet west of Bethel- Hickory <br />Grove Church Roar! (SRI 104). A 2.77 acre tract is proposed with a 10,000 Nacre <br />foot leased area and an additional area designated as a fell zone easement. The <br />property is wand Rural Buffer I") and University Lake Protected Watershed <br />(UNIV -PM. <br />The applicants are requesting a Class A Special Use Permit under Article 8.8.1]e <br />of to Orange County Zoning Ordinance lo construct a 250 foot <br />telecommunication tower, an equipment cabinet, a rd an area for future additional <br />telecommmdcation carriers. The lower will be a free standing lattice structure and <br />light steel gray in color. <br />
