6 `\ <br />Cons <br />• The site is steeply sloped and compact which dictates a multi-story building and a <br />terraced Iaatlwape with several resisting walls, it may be difficult to locate three <br />addedc fields on the property without Compomoing the design of the school. <br />A multi-story building is not conducive to dayliglating <br />• The site is omy one -half the sae of the Homestead site which places some Millicent <br />on the design of the facdiry and athlete fields. <br />• The Resource Conservation District (RCD) and IW year Flood plain msMa the use of <br />portions of the property <br />• There are some problems with soil conditions such as underground springs.
