Further, Ne University, in <br />covsWtation as m amount with Ne Cowry, shall provide adequate professioriW liability <br />msurmce for the Unversiry persowel who provide the services described in dus <br />Covtrea. The ir~sumnoe Iwiss will be stated m a Cemficate of Insurance or other <br />written evidence of iraurvv:e mbmived to the Cowry at Ne time the Contrazt is <br />covunrnced. <br />14. No travsfer or assumptlon of liability for theaar of Ne employces or <br />agevts of either pang is WteMed by the pazties m this Contract. <br />
