These Ponds, totaling $9,401, enable the department to <br />address needs ofyoung children and their families in Orange County. Familiesduoughoutthe <br />County will benefit fimn the initietivea ofthis program. Spacialemplessiswillbephcedonthe <br />needs of young children and their families in Northern Orange County and office Latino community <br />In throughout the County. The additional $1, 178 provide hands for this &vision to <br />develop, publish and distribute a manual for day care providen. The manual will cover such <br />topics as safe food prepantion and service, playground mfety, safe phyebal enviromnenq and <br />
