Efforts <br />will he made to fully involve other agencies and resources such as Chambers of <br />Commerce, SCOAE, Nc local mmmurdty oollegq Goodwork, SelfHClp, avd local <br />professional and civic groups. <br />' Sixth, the SBTDC will provide technical assistance, business plan and loan <br />package preparation assistance to businesses and individuals preparing to apply for <br />financing fiom the Orange County Small Business Loan Pool. <br />Seventh, the SBTDC will provide the EDCwith a written report witldn 30 days of <br />Ne close ofeach quarter. This will dated the program and service activities of the SBTDC <br />iv Orange County for Nequaner. The3BTDC also ll provide arepon otclient <br />cvalvations of xervices each quarter. <br />Eighty, Ne SHTDC will make its best Good faith effort to continue and/or expand <br />the level ofsmioe in Ocmge County proposed undo Nis agreement beyond the terms of <br />this egeement. <br />Ninth, in rewm for [he foregoing, the County will pay the SBTDC $10,000 m two <br />$5,000 installments. The first such installment shall be paid on or about November I5, <br />1998, and Ne final payment will be paid on oc about April I5, 1999. <br />Tenth, Ne EDC will actively support and promote Ne programs and services of Ne <br />SBTDC within Orange County. <br />ElevenN, the Director of the EDC will become a mambo of the SBTDC state <br />wide Advisory Board, as long as Nis agreement Is in effect. <br />Twelfily Na tom of this agreement will be 1 year begimivg laly 1, 1998 end <br />ending June 30, 1999. <br />ThineenN, Nis agreement may be laminated at any time upon Ne mutual consent <br />of the panic or upon 90 days advance written notice by eitherparty. <br />
