Previous Cooperation in Policy Development. All the Parties have joined in <br />a solid waste management plan designed to comply with cer'n State regulatory requirements. <br />This plan incorporates a solid waste plan framework (attached as Exhibit E) which reflects <br />agreements in principle reached by representatives of the Parties. <br />4.02. Future Policy, Development.
