OA <br />Our comments follow the order of the list of issues in the Commissioners' proposal. <br />Once the Council concludes its discussion on this latest proposal, we will transmit its comments to <br />the County Commissioners. We recommend that, in order for the governing boards to narrow their <br />differences, a conference committee composed of two representatives from each of the three <br />governing bodies should prepare a revised draft Interlocal Agreement. <br />We believe it critical to remain engaged in our search for sites for construction and demolition <br />disposal and a materials recovery facility and to not postpone an agreement on reorganization to <br />finalize either of these two matters. <br />
