7 <br />(d) A summary of statements by witnesses, if <br />applicable; <br />(e) Interrogatories and answers provided, if <br />applicable; <br />4. A Final Investigative Report may be amended at any <br />time, if additional evidence is discovered. <br />5. For the purpose of FHAP funding support, an <br />investigation is completed when at least one <br />supervisor has signed the investigative report. <br />6. The State or local Agency will cooperate with the <br />GTR by providing information at regular intervals <br />or upon request as set out in Section 8 of this <br />cooperative agreement. The GTR will make monthly <br />status requests of each case that is over 100 days <br />old. <br />7. When the Agency completes the processing of a <br />dual-filed complaint, all documentation as <br />required in section 8 of the cooperative agreement <br />and section A.3 of the Statement of T~Tork shall be <br />forwarded to the appropriate HUD GTR within 30 <br />days. The Agency will provide the closure data <br />required within 30 days of the administrative <br />hearing order or court decision if the complaint <br />is not closed at the time payment is approved. <br />If the Agency does not provide this closure <br />information, the GTR may request that up to 50$ of <br />the per case reimbursement previously paid be <br />returned. <br />II. REASONABLE CAUSE OR NO REASONABLE CAUSE DETERMINATION <br />A. Requirements for Acceptance <br />The rationale behind a reasonable or no reasonable <br />cause finding is that the investigation has shown <br />sufficient or insufficient evidence to support <br />allegations raised. Such evidence is generally <br />established by determining whether (1) the data, <br />information, and analysis are sufficient to conclude <br />that the incident occurred which serves as the basis of <br />the allegations made by the complainant and/or <br />information disclosed in the course of the <br />investigation; (2) the unit sought was actually <br />available and on the market at the time of the alleged <br />
