OOOti4~ <br />7. The proposed consumer rates for the <br />Project will be sufficient to pay the increase in Orange <br />County debt service occasionEd by the bonds proposed. <br />8. The Orange County Finance Director shall <br />prepare the application to the North Carolina Local <br />Government Commission for approval of the bonds proposed <br />for the funding of the Project. <br />9. Coleman, Bernholz, Dickerson, Bernholz, <br />Gledhill and Hargrave is hereby authorized to employ the <br />law firm of Brown, wood, Ivey, Mitchell and Petty, One <br />Liberty Place, New York, New York, 10006 to represent <br />Orange County in the authorization and the issuance of <br />the bonds proposed for the funding of the Project. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, the <br />foregoing Resolution was adopted by the Board of <br />Commissioners of Orange County this the 30th day of <br />September, 1985.
