Blythe, and Planners <br />Susan Smith and Gene Bell. <br />~~ _ BO~,P,D l'llyIMF.ATrC <br />Commissioner Lloyd expressed concern that a letter was written and sent <br />to FYI without his knowledge. He felt he should have had some input. <br />Chair Willhoit indicated he wrote a letter expressing 'co~erns of the <br />Board noting in the letter the historical nature of the transfer of the ].ark <br />to the cooperative and stressed the importance of the continuation of the <br />livestock market to the area.
