The developer did <br />not submit a conventional plan. Savoy Park is located on Borland Road near Chestnut Ridge <br />Church Road. The 69.5 -acre site is wooded, with a mixture of hardwoods and pines except for a <br />150 -foot Duke Power Company transmission line <br />right -of -way. The site is within the Cane Creek <br />Protected Watershed. An intermittent stream follows <br />the eastern boundary of the property and joins Cane <br />Creek at the southeastern corner of the tract. This area <br />also contains a Wildlife Corridor identified in the <br />Inventory ofNatural Areas and Wildlife Habitats of <br />Oranze County that follows Cane Creek and connects <br />natural areas identified at the Cane Creek Reservoir <br />and the Crabtree Creek Monadnock Ridge located <br />across Borland Road. This corridor is considered <br />Primary Conservation Area and will be contained <br />within protected open space in the subdivision. Cane Creek, , looking south <br />Woodgreen, submitted in October 1997, is located in Cheeks Township at the southern <br />intersection of Moorefields Road (SR 113 5) and Dimmocks Mill Road (SR 1134) on the east <br />side of Rocky Run Creek. The property is within the Upper Eno Protected Watershed. This 30.7 <br />acre tract is mostly wooded with a 4 -acre open field in the central portion of the site, which is a <br />ridgetop at the highest part of the site.
