The regulations include a requirement for an annual report to be made to the <br />Board of Commissioners evaluating the effectiveness of the standards. The purpose of this <br />questionnaire is to document comments from major subdivision applicants for inclusion in <br />the annual report on Flexible Development. <br />Your feedback will help the Planning Department gauge the effectiveness of the current <br />regulations and identify potential changes which would better achieve the intent of the <br />ordinance.
