Rogers Trucking Company <br />ATTACHED: Site Map; Existing Land Use Field Map; Company Brochure Materials <br />As requested, here are my findings concerning L.J. Rogers Trucking Co. <br />LOCATION <br />L.J. Rogers Trucking Company, Inc. is located at 782 NC 49 (Tax Map Nos. <br />2.17..1 & 1Cj about 1,100' southwest of the intersection of Corbett <br />Ridge/Can Store Roads and NC 49 in Cedar Grove Township. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The company applied for a building permit to add a 60' X 100' fleet <br />maintenance shop to its complex. The Inspections Division required a site <br />plan. Current Planning provided information about site plans on August 28. <br />The first draft of the site plan was received by this office on Friday, <br />October 2, 1998. Additions and revisions will be returned presently. <br />
