The County Library will provide borrowers cards for all patrons in Orange County, and such cards will be <br />honored in the County Library and the Branch according to the established policies and procedures. <br />The County shall provide weekly delivery service to the Branch Library and emergency delivery as soon as <br />possible following a special request. <br />The Branch Library will be open to the general public throughout the year for 20 hours per week for full <br />library services. The library hours should not be in conflict with the hours of operation of the <br />McDougle Middle and McDougle Elementary Schools. The Library Director and the Superintendent of <br />Schools will mutually agree upon specific hours. Branch patrons will enter /exit only through the main <br />entrance of McDougle Middle School. Branch Library hours of operation will be separate from and never <br />overlap school hours. <br />Orange County Board of County Commissioners and the Chapel Hi1UCarrboro City Schools agree to enter <br />into this contract for a period of two years, beginning November 1, 1998, with the provision that the <br />objectives set forth in the appendices will be reviewed annually by representatives of McDougle and the <br />County during the month of June, and findings of progress (or need for adjustment of the time frame) <br />reported to the County Managers Office and/or the Superintendents Office.
