This payment is to help offset the additional costs of the <br />Districts for participating in the program. <br />The draft proposal will be presented to the Clean Water Management Trust Fund <br />trustees on April 27 and to the Soil and Water Conservation Commission on May 13 to <br />secure their support and commitment of matching funds.
