Finance Director Gordon Baker, <br />Sheriff Pendergrass, Financial Analyst Donna Clayton. Librarian Kathy Peiffer. <br />and Clerk to the Board Beverly A. Blythe. <br />Chair Willhoit announced that the meeting set for June 25 will be a public <br />hearing on proposed modifications to the Manager's recommended budget. <br />k~ <br />A discussion was held on the fund balance and the question of cash flow <br />and the necessary balance to maintain an adequate reserve to insure the cash <br />flaw. <br />Kenneth Thompson distributed a chart showing the cash flow projection for <br />1985-86 and the projected year-end fund balance. The' chart showed how the <br />money is disbursed throughout the year.
