At that time, the <br />Board may request additional information on these proposals or that other plans be <br />developed. I would recommend that the Board decide what, if any, changes it would like <br />to make and pass a resolution to that effect. Final approval and implementation, however, <br />would be contingent upon the availability of funds in the 1998 -99 budget. <br />
