The expansion <br />includes a 7500 square foot concrete slab, two (2) open sheds, and 44,400 square <br />feet of additional vehicular surface. <br />EXISTING LAND USE AND ZONING: <br />NORTH- Duke Forest zoned RB. <br />SOUTH- Eubanks Road and wooded land zoned RB. <br />EAST- Orange Regional Landfill. <br />WEST- Young 6 to 7 year wooded growth on land zoned RB. <br />LAND USE PLAN: The Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan designates the area as Rural ~ <br />Buffer. <br />
