Solid Waste Management Issues (8:40-9:00) <br />The Board will consider responses from the governing boards of Carrboro and Chapel Hill <br />to the Board's August proposal for future solid waste management responsibilities. <br />e. SUP 3-98 Orange Regional Landfill (Modification) (9:00-9:05) <br />The Board will consider a modification to the Class A special use permit for an addition to <br />the Orange Regional Landfill. <br />f. Price Creek Estates -Preliminary Plan (9:05-9:15) <br />The Board will consider approval of a preliminary plan for Price Creek Estates, located on <br />the Orange-Chatham county border. <br />g. Cable TV Franchise Renewal -Update (9:15-9:30) <br />The Board will receive an update on cable TV franchise renewal discussions and consider <br />Time Warner's cable TV franchise agreement in 1999. <br />h. Telecasting County Commissioners Meetings (9:30-9:45) <br />The Board will consider appropriating not more than $22, 000 for a consultant to design <br />county facilities to telecast County Commissioners meetings. <br />10. REPORTS <br />a. Status of Groundwater Resource Investigation (9:45-10:05) <br />The Board witl receive a status report from the Water Resources Committee and U.S. <br />Geological Survey on phase II of the Ground Water Resource Investigation. <br />b. School Impact Fee Technical Report Update (10:05-10:25) <br />The Board will receive an updated technical report on school impact fees. <br />11. APPOINTMENTS <br />12. MINUTES <br />13.
