n 1 <br />~ ~ .1• <br />ARTICLE 7 -SPECIFIC STANDARDS FOR EVALUATION/PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS (continu d1 <br />PLANNING <br />STAFF <br />FINDINGS <br />EVIDENCE SUBMITTED <br />TO SUPPORT FINDINGS <br />Article 4.2 identifies the criteria <br />which will normally be used to <br />determine the application of a <br />zoning district designation. The <br />applicant has applied for a <br />Planned Development-HousincLR3 <br />designation.
