The full text of that section is attached for reference. <br />The previously submitted landscape plan identifies the wooded areas to be pre- <br />served and shows the proposed street and yard trees to be placed in those azeas for <br />which the tree protection clearing exception is requested. <br />The 85.6 acre site of the proposed Lawrence Pazk development has approximately <br />42 acres of open farm field and 43.6 wooded acres. <br />The Lawrence Pazk application proposes to preserve 13 acres of the existing <br />wooded azea as: 1) perimeter buffer, 2) reaz yazd tree protection azea for lots abut- <br />ting the perimeter buffer, and 3) interior pazk and recreation land. In addition the <br />plan proposes to plant 8301 trees in the 7.4 acres of currently open field azeas that <br />will be the 100 feet wide perimeter buffer along Lawrence Road. <br />
