A copy of the draft minutes of that meeting along with a draft of the Water/Sewer <br />Extension Agreement aze attached. The Board made their approval of the Agreement upon the <br />amendment of the Agreement to add a $lU0 meter fee per residence. We have drafted this <br />amendment in Agreement Appendix A.
