Operations of L.J. Rogers Trucking Company, Inc., <br />including its general offices, dispatcher facility, training and safety <br />operations, maintenance shops, outdoor storage of semi-trailers, and <br />parking for semi-tractors are situated on these parcels. The proposed <br />zoning lot is located on the northwest side of NC 49 approximately <br />1,100' southwest of the intersection of NC 49 and Corbett Ridge/Can <br />Store Roads. The 3.44a parcel is zoned AR Agricultural-Residential and <br />for the 2.06a portion:.94 is zoned NC-2 Neighborhood Commercial and <br />1.12a is zoned AR. Proposed zoning is EC-5 Existing Commercial for <br />the entire S.Sa complex. <br />
