VOTE : UNANIPZOUSLX . ~~ MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROP05ED EFLAP7D SEWEA TTI`TE AGAEEMENT After extensive discussion, it was determined that the main concern was that the tap fee would not be recovered if annexation occurred within a year or two for those in Orange Heights. It was decided that although the Gounty would not get a credit for the service fees after annexation they would not be charged for the treatment because the meter would be behind the service area.
