RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT AND TO JOIN <br /> THE NCACC RISK MANAGEMENT POOL <br /> WHEREAS, Awld , (�Uxm (County or local government agency) <br /> desires to pool the retention of their risks, liabilities and/or payments, or for the group purchase of <br /> coverage, and has completed a Pre-Audit Certification in compliance with N.C.G.S. § 159-28; and <br /> WHEREAS, the North Carolina Counties Risk Management Agency d.b.a.
