REVISED 6/15/10 Revision in bold d f2 C) _ --10 1 O - C) & Attachment 5 Buckhorn Economic Development District Phase 2 Capital Project Ordinance Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for the concept plan and design of Phase 2 of the Buckhorn Economic Development District with funding coming from the County Capital Projects Fund Balance.
