Attachment 2 OR Q_ 0 5 Blackwood Farm Capital Project Ordinance Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for the purchase of the Blackwood Farm property and to stabilize preserve existing structures on the property. The BOCC approves the appropriation of $400,000 from County Capital Projects Fund Balance to replace transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund. Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget contained herein. Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: Section 4. This ordinance, originally adopted on December 11, 2001 shall be in effect until the project is complete and closed by the BOCC. Adopted this 15th day of June 2010
