Ms. Pearson began her career with Orange County in 1988 as <br />Deputy Register of Deeds, and then advanced to Assistant to the Register of Deeds. In 1998 <br />the voters of Orange County elected her as Register of Deeds. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the attached <br />resolution recognizing Joyce Pearson for her outstanding service to the people of Orange <br />County. <br />
