Attachment 3 <br />oR(~- aolo-OS~ <br />~ -/v~J-~Q1~ <br />'7 ~ 7 <br />Ho- mestead-Common-ity-Center-f~epai.rs <br />- -- --Capital-P-roject-Or-d-finance__ <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds to connect the Homestead Community <br />Center to Orange Water and Sewer Authority sewer lines. Proceeds from the 2004 <br />two-thirds net debt reduction bonds will finance the authorized project.
