Attachment 3 O R S- a o ~°-~ 5 3 <br />G - ~.~-azo io 8 <br />-- <br />- _ hitted_N_uman Ser_v~ces_Renovations_f_oLy~alth Department __ _ <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following <br />capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to renovate Whiffed Human <br />Services Center and allow for expanded space for the Health Department. <br />The BOCC approves closing this project on June 15, 2010 with $150,000 <br />of this project balance transferred to the Unallocated Project Account to be <br />closed as of June 30, 2010.
