Attachment 3 O R S- a o ~°-~ 5 3 <br />G - ~.~-azo io 8 <br />-- <br />- _ hitted_N_uman Ser_v~ces_Renovations_f_oLy~alth Department __ _ <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following <br />capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to renovate Whiffed Human <br />Services Center and allow for expanded space for the Health Department. <br />The BOCC approves closing this project on June 15, 2010 with $150,000 <br />of this project balance transferred to the Unallocated Project Account to be <br />closed as of June 30, 2010. The remaining $250,000 of Medicaid Cost <br />Settlement is restricted and is transferred to the Medicaid Maximization <br />Project. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 3. <br />Section 4. <br />Section 5. <br />The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project <br />within the budget contained herein. <br />The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> <br />FY 2009-10 Amendment <br />6/15/2010 Through FY <br />2009-10 <br />Sales Tax $150,000 ($150,000) $0 <br />2001 Bonds $0 $0 $0 <br />2004 Two-Thirds Net Debt $0 $0 $0 <br />Fees $0 $p $0 <br />Medicaid Cost Settlement <br />Funds <br />$250,000 <br />($250,000) <br />$0 <br />Total Funding $400,000 X400,000 $0 <br />The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> <br />FY 2009-10 Amendment <br />6/15/2010 Through FY <br />2009-10 <br />LandBuilding $0 $0 $0 <br />Planning/Architect/Engineering $40,000 ($40,000) $0 <br />Other $0 $0 $0 <br />Construc(:ion $360,000 ($360,000) $0 <br />Total Costs $400,000 ($400,000) $0 <br />This ordinance, originally adopted on June 2, 2009, shall be in effect until <br />June 15, 2010. <br />Adopted this 15th day of June 2010 <br />
