RF7CREATION <br />Conuaissioner Marshall referred to the handicapped report and asked <br />about the handicap access to the gym at the Human Services building. She <br />requ@sted that attention be given to this problem. Wayne Weston irr3icated that <br />access could be from the back of the building with some simple ramping. <br />Cor¢nissioner Carey questioned the unsafe conditions of the playgrourxi <br />equipment at Northside.
