§ 11.3.2 For Additional Services of the Architect, as described in Articles 3 and 12, other than (1) Additional Project <br />Representation, as described in Section 3.2, and (2) services included in Article `12 as part of Basic Services, but <br />excluding services of consultants, compensation shall be computed as follows: <br />i fi (fie lis of compensation, including rates and multiples of Direct Personnel Expense far Principals and employees, <br />ad i+ 3' Principals and classify employees, if required. Amounts unpaid twenty —five ( 25 ) days after the invoice date shall <br />bear interest at the rate entered below, or in the absence thereof at the legal rate prevailing from time to time at the <br />principal place of business of the Architect. <br />(Insert rate of interest agreed upon.) <br />Six pement (60%). <br />(Usury laws and requirements under the Federal Truth in bending Act, similar state and local consumer credit laws <br />and other regulations at the Owner's and Architects principal places of business, the location of the Project and <br />elsewhere may affect the validity of this provision. Specific legal advice should be obtained with respect to deletions or <br />modifications, and also regarding requirements such as written disclosures or waivers.) <br />§ 11.5.3 The rates and multiples set forth for Additional Services shall be adjusted in accordance with the normal salary <br />review practices of the Architect. <br />AIA Document B151 Tm —1997.
