Amendments to the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance <br />The Board approved proposed amendments to the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control <br />Ordinance presented at the May 21, 2007 Quarterly Public Hearing. <br />n. Amendments to the Orange County Stormwater Ordinance for Lands within the Neuse <br />River Basin <br />The Board approved required amendments to the Orange County Stormwater Ordinance for <br />Lands within the Neuse River Basin to reflect changes in the Nitrogen Reduction Offset <br />payment calculation presented at the May 21, 2007 Quarterly Public Hearing. <br />o. Gordon Battle Courtroom in <br />Hillsborough to a BOCC Work Session, at 7:30 p.m. to be held at the Link Government <br />Services Center, 200 South Cameron Street, in Hillsborough, NC. (Preceded by a 5:30 p.m. <br />dinner meeting /work session with the Economic Development Commission, at the Link <br />Government Services Center). <br />c.
