He felt the Company should be <br />allowed to rebuild in case of oaanp].ete destruction. He opposed putting a <br />stipulation on the property that would prohibit ft from being rebuilt to its <br />present size. <br />Cprrunissioner Carey noted that when the building permit was issued the <br />public hearing on this zoning ordinance had been held already and the owners <br />had been advised that the use might be nonconformi ~,. <br />Chair Wi].lhoit noted the concept of the node is to have a clustering <br />of similar and ~~aatible uses. The Planning Hoard recommended approval of <br />rezoning from R-1 to R-4. <br />Motion was made by Ccamnissioner I1oyd, seconded by Commissioner <br />Walker to approve the recaimendation of the Planning Board. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />(see the permanent agenda. file for <br />descriptive narrative) <br />Marvin Collins presented three requests for Land Use Plan amendments <br />from Agricultural Residential to 10--Year Transition fra[n Bob Scholar, Rhye Weng <br />Hg and James L. Freeland. <br />Comonissioner Marshall expressed a concern for the process being <br />followed fn the development of this area and the lack of contact with the Town <br />of Iillsborough. <br />Collins indicated that Hillsborough has been contacted and they will <br />be involved in any future planning activities for the property to the Northern <br />limits. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Caarenissioner Lloyd <br />t0 approve the recoe[miendation of the Planning Board. <br />..
