TAYLOR, AIA Corley Redfoot Zack, Inc., is pleased to present for your review and approval our <br />Associate design fee amendment proposal for the revised scope of work on the West Ten <br />HARRY M. IENSEN Soccer Center. <br />Associate <br />KENNETH E. SMITH The proposed fee is for the Architectural and Engvieering design of the additional <br />Associnte work at the site. The original proposal dated May 4, 2004, covered Phase I <br /> construction only. The attached fee proposal includes a larger building, <br /> additional parking lot, field lighting, well irrigation system, first aid stand, <br /> landscaping, etc. The proposal also covers revisions to the original Masterplan to <br /> accommodate the future tennis courts and playground. <br /> The total fee for this revised scope of work is 5105,200.
