P•'IATT~;1~' S rTOT oN T~g$Irrr~nw.~Er?DA <br />Ernest Johnson, Cedar Grove, e~:plained to' the Board that he had <br />purchased a 100 foot tract of land and has received a letter from the <br />Planning Department that he is in violation of the Orange County regulations. <br />Planner Susan .Smith e:;plained the property in question was <br />subdivided vrithout County approval and per a directive from the Board to <br />enforce this regulation and based on the information received from the Land <br />Records Office the Planning Department sent letters to all such subdividers <br />asking them to come in to the office for a conference. <br />Chair willhoit referred this to the County Manager and requested a <br />report. <br />G. COUAiTY ATTORA?EY <br />t4otion was made by Commissioner rarshall, seconded by Commissioner <br />Carey to continue the County's association with the firm of Coleman, <br />Bernholz, Dickerson, Bernhalz, Gledhill and Hargrave for services as the <br />County Attorney. <br />Commissioner Lloyd noted a previous concern about attorney fees and a <br />repeated request for a study on the feasibility of employing a fulltime <br />•~ attorney. Lloyd moved that action be tabled until the study could be <br />completed.
