The exhibits to the agreement are A, B, C, D and F. There is <br />no Exhibit E. Exhibit E fell by the wayside during the back and forth in reaching this agreement. <br />To be sure that there is no question about that now and in the future, I have included a <br />placeholder for Exhibit E with the word "NONE" written on that placeholder. <br />As you both know the construction of the sewer facilities is underway. We are very close <br />to having all of the easement documentation completed and recorded. I anticipate that will occur <br />this week. I appreciate your help in getting this agreement finalized.
