Efland Community Public Sewer Program Package <br /> Once you are connected to the system, you will receive a monthly bill for the sewer you use. <br /> Your sewer bill is broken into two parts. The base charge is the same for every customer and <br /> does not change month to month. The usage charge is based on your water use and will change <br /> from month to month, depending on how much water you use. These monthly sewer fees are <br /> used to pay for the operation of the system, which includes repair and maintenance, billing, <br /> electricity, fuel, and treatment costs.
