For the past three years McGladrey & <br />audit. An RFP was created by AMPS and Financial Services that <br />requirements to conduct the audit. Martin Starnes & Associates, CPAs, <br />P.A of Hickory, North Carolina was determined to have submitted the best overall proposal. <br />The cost to conduct the audit the first year is $83,300. Firms were also asked to provide the <br />costs for the next two years. Martin Starnes cost for years two and three are $83,300 and <br />$85,800 respectively <br />
