After the 2:00pm deadline, the bids <br />HARRY M. JENSEN <br />were opened and read publicly. <br />Associate <br />Based on the bids received, Morlando Construction Company is the apparent <br />KENNETH E. SMITH <br />Associate <br />low bidder. Following a Value Engineering Process, which reduced the <br />amount of kitchen equipment to be supplied by the General Contractor, it is <br />our understanding the County intends to award the project to Morlando <br />Construction Company in the amount of $802,470.
