2 <br />to fruition, the County may exercise the 60 -day notice and relocate the operations base within <br />the upcoming fiscal year. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Annual lease costs of $37,155 are included in the departmental budget <br />request in the FY2010 -11 Manager's Recommended Budget. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve a one -year <br />extension of a lease for property at 503 Cornerstone Drive, Hillsborough, pursuant to the terms <br />and conditions cited herein and contingent upon approval of funding included in the FY2010 -11 <br />Manager's Recommended Budget; and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
