At all petroleum and liquid chemical storage faeilizy sites, ti~ese <br />records shall be kept on a daily basis in order to detect any product loss or <br />leakage, and such maintenance and zeconciliation of inventories shall begin <br />within the same ninety (90) day period. . <br />"Containers of toxic or hazardous materials must be appropriately labeled, <br />pc.sted, and stored on an impervious, chemical resistant surface and provis:ions <br />must be made to contain the materials in case o$ leakage or acidental - <br />spillas,e. `• <br />Under Section 9, what are the "appropriate agencies"? OWASA has developed an emergency response program and has <br />the trained staff and equipment necessary for limited response to accidental <br />spills 3n the University LaY.e and Cane Creek watersheds.
