Foushee, and Commissioners <br /> 14 Alice M. Gordon, Barry Jacobs, Pam Hemminger, Mike Nelson, Bernadette Pelissier and Steve <br /> 15 Yuhasz <br /> 16 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br /> 17 COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: John Roberts <br /> 18 COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Frank Clifton, Assistant County Managers <br /> 19 Willie Best and Gwen Harvey, and Clerk to the Board Donna S. Additions or Chanqes to the Aqenda <br /> 26 The Board added a closed session item: <br /> 27 <br /> 28 "Pursuant to G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(3) "to consult with an attorney retained by the Board in order <br /> 29 to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the Board." <br /> 30 <br /> 31 A motion was made by Commissioner Hemminger, seconded by Commissioner Gordon <br /> 32 to approve adding this closed session. <br /> 33 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 34 <br /> 35 The Chair asked that the Board pull item 4-f from the consent agenda. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Hemminger <br /> 38 to pull item 4-f on the consent agenda, General Enpineerinq and Environmental Manaqement <br /> 39 Services Contract. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 42 <br /> 43 PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> 44 <br /> 45 The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 2.
