The letter of certificate of the mailing are included in the agenda packet. <br />Proposed Efland- Cheeks <br />Highway 70 Corridor Overlay <br />District (,ECOD) <br />Proposed ECOD <br />• Implements one of the recommendations of the adopted Efland- Mebane Small Area <br />Plan. <br />o Allow a mix of uses along the Highway 70 corridor while ensuring new non- <br />residential uses are low- impact. <br />Typical Steps for Planning Changes <br />1.
